2025 Annual Common Expense Assessment

The invoices for the 2025 annual dues are in the process of being printed and sent to the address on file. Annual assessment in the amount of $110.00 will be due on April 1st 2025 with a late date of May 1st 2025. Any payments made after that date will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. Please send in a check to the address on the invoice or you can pay using PayPal by clicking here.

Take a walk through the trails of Spice Hill

Did you know...

At the end of Spice Hill Drive, there is a 1.6-mile loop walking trail. It starts on the access road to the pump house and travels around the outside of the Spice Hill open-land area, the high school property, and other properties. Click here for more info from alltrails.com
